  • Paint roof black or tangerine

    Im in a mix up right now. Im trying to decide whether i want to paint my roof black or tangerine.Any help would be appreciated.

    Black for sure. Never been a fan of body color roofs

            T-top or hardtop? If hardtop, I personally like body color. If T-top then black. IMO

                im a less is more kinda guy id have to say go i solid color. to many colors tends to kill the looks of a car and or makes a nice paint job just look factory.

                        My cars is a t-top car and it also has tinted winted if that would matter.

                        I agree with this. Id hate to put all this work in this car and it look factory.

                          i would go with a solid paint job mulitple layers of clear wet sand, buff, polish. leave the tint. and it should be a sharp car thats dosnt have that stock look. even the car above looks so stock it would drive me nuts.

                            I was planning on putting three coat of clear, wet sanding it with 1000 grit to knock down the orange peel then 1500 and 2000 to sand out the 1000 grit scratches.

                              that will look nice man remember the more coats of clear the deeper it will look. but there is a limit i use almost 5 coats (i know exspensive) then go through the same prosess. your cars going to look sharp.
