  • Score!!! Sail panel......

Man I am soo happy.. Found a sail panel in a junkyard yesterday off a 94.. Junkyard says they will pull it, $60 out the door.. Of course I said, "Hell yes".. They were pissed today when I came to get it, took 2 of them almost 3 hours to cut it off.... I could care less, got my panel, time to get rid of them damn bubbles.. I knew it was going to be a ***** to get off, they were asses anyways, glad they had to work for my money. I, almost pulled the trigger 2 days ago for a re-pop, almost $600.. GM does not even sell these anymore..

How do those little triangle things attach? The ones that you have to chrome covers for.

I just went and looked.. They appear to be part of a solid mold and not removable.. Even though it looks like you can remove them..

Wow thats a lot of effort.

If mine bubbles again I am going to have it wrapped in black.

Going to have it on by the M&G?

I don't even know if I am going to have it replaced this year.. But when I found the panel I knew I needed to get it ASAP.. You sail panel shouldn't be bubbling, this happened to May 98 through 2002 cars when GM changed their epoxy...
