Plastic Insert for the stick shift

I need the snap in ring that holds the leather boot to the center console the clips are broken off so the boot is just floating around the stick, very tacky looking.

Also anyone know where I can get the center console just the top where the boot and the ash tray and cup holder section... The person that worked on my car cracked the piece right next to the cig lighter and the button for the convertable... He is going to pay for that but I have to find it...

I dont really care the color I am going to be doing soemthing with that in the near future...
