  • What color should I paint my intake?

Most of you all know my car... disregarding all the colored looms and such(all gone now anyway), should I repaint the intake red or go with another color? I was thinking a gray/silver or pewter... Thoughts? STB is Black now, also...

A mix of Pewter and Chrome? Just a thought.

I was thinking something along the lines of gloss black, but now that chrome was mentioned, smoked chrome?

The same idea I posted on Facebook.

Pewter with an American flag "ripping" out.

Cobalt Blue. I personally like the red, but I think your car could retain it's sweetness with it. The Gunmetal wouldn't really be you, it would be too drab for your engine bay. I like the color combo that you went with for the exterior, color would be good on that engine though.

would be cool painted like flag with flamed Firebird (like phoenix rising avatar bird made of flames) busting thru (unless it would be disgracing flag).then maybe just flag in back ground.Heres a guys card I got at show he was doing t-shirts to bike tanks/car hoods and going to call when I'm ready but maybe you can get price to get idea also have number for someone who chromes plastic (don't know if would work with composite) if intersted.also when working on and disconnecting lines lay down some plastic then use rags to catch gas (also helps to discharge pressure first)good luck!!sure would be nice to know how to photo shop.also the pink would of been ok if you had gone with the pink stripes!
