What color should I powdercoat the new 10 spokes?

yep, that EXACT color with some metal flake and an optional red lip = oh my my!!! I knew those wheels found a good home

I am not sure if you can do any flake in powercoat unless its in the powder. Hmm ill check their site. Typically for paint you would spray the basecoat (charcoal) then do a clearbase with the flake then clear it....
