  • Intake paint??

While my intake is off i wanted to paint it black and polish the runners...whats the best cheapest way to paint it. I know there is POR15 but its kinda pricey...anyone ever use high temp spray paint?? Also i am going to paint my valve cover to but im just gonna use some car spray paint.
Let me know what you guys have used/ what is good?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Any paint will work on the intake and valve covers, they dont get hot enough to be a problem. The secret is all in the prep work. Prep it like your preparing for surgery. Eric L

My thumbs are down to POR15. Every time I've used the stuff I've had problems, even with the prep work (maybe it's just because I was younger?)

For my intake I sandwiched my color layer in between two hi-temp layers.
