  • How to reattach rearview mirror?

My cousin came over and her rearview mirror on her car fell off due to heat. The glue came undone. I couldnt think of anything to use to hold it on.

Just wondering if anyone knows what to use to reattach it and where to get it from. I thought id ask here.

go to auto zone, advanced auto parts, napa, walmart, meijer, etc. You can get a kit to glue it back on. Your gonna have to take a crayon to outline the existing placement (on outside of window), scrape of the old glue with a razor blade, clean with wax and grease remover, apply glue and put mirror back on.

Go to your local glass repair shop! Mine is called Henderson Glass and they put a new pre cut adhesive backing on it. They probably fix it for free.
