I quit with the rear inserts. I'm never getting another set, unless I get the domed ones from somewhere else, but that probably won't be happening either.. No matter how much I prep the area, I've went through 2 sets where the edges peel up. Can't stand it. Brent's was one of them. Everything else I've got from him has been pretty good, though.

              Surfing the old threads:

What can Brent do? Numbers? Stripes? Lettering? I am going to redo the graphics on the car and could use a good local guy. How about forum decals?

a friend of mine works at a graphics shop in Keego. that's "my hook up"....if you're looking for closeness to white lake. that's pretty close. you're about the only one near me!

that's weird. i wash my car every freakin day pretty much. and my inserts that my buddy did for me at his graphics shop never peeled at all! and i've had 'em as long as i've had my car...just about 2 years now! they might peel a tiny bit every once in a while for me but i just push 'em down when they occassionally do peel up

I will have to hook up with you and your friend when I get back from Phoenix. I have used Fast Signs before and they suck. $200 bucks for graphics that blew off the car.

                  Thanks

Brent's work is really good, but he lives in FL. Do a google for Brent Franker, you'll find his site.

Fastsigns in Royal Oak. It is a chain around the country. I fell for chain prices due to convience. My bad. Thanks for the ideas all.

Yeah I'd like to find some place to get overlays for cheap because every time I wash my car mine from Brent peel more and more, I'm sure you saw the front bird when you were at the shop Matt and it sucks. Don't get me wrong Brent does a great job and his customer service is top notch but I dunno how to keep them from peeling so often I love how they look but I need them to last.

yeah i noticed the bird on the front license plate cover when i was at your shop jeff. the chrome overlays look very good. but i guess vinyl just isn't the way to go for what we need. i think to "end the peeling once and for all" getting it painted would be best. but when i get my [camaro] overlays for "$free.99" i can't beat that! and i've never replaced mine. but when i do. it's not gonna cost me anything so im just gonna stay with vinyl for now!
