Underhood color options, Intake, Valve covers, etc.... Photoshop maybe?

Guys I need your opinions, got my new ls6 intake and was just going to sand it down and shoot it black like the ls1 intake currently on the car, but I got to thinking, the red/black theme (while it looks good IMO) doesnt really go with the white/silver of the car.

So I was thinking, what about a white intake, and silver valve covers? Get dirty to easy, I mean I keep this stuff as clean as possible all the time, but am I asking for trouble with white in the engine bay? Will it even look good?

Any other ideas as to making the whole thing look "cleaner"?

Since you have the 35th stripes already.. I think it would look badass if you went with something like this. To fulfull the theme sorta speak.

Hard to say Spence.. Everyone has there own style.. I was looking at the pics, your whole engine bay is white, so a white intake wouldn't be any harder to keep clean than the rest of the bay.. Silver valve covers would look good.. I'd ditch the stock lid setup and go aftermarket, do the hood cable latch mod to clean up the drivers side.. Move the ground on the pass side inner fender down below the battery. Get and AC condensor cover. I am moving my fuse boxes side by side(was going to hide them, but maybe next year).

Rolo, that is bad ass, I would love something like that! Just need to figure out if I can run FRCs with the truck coils, I dont think I can

Id love to know how the fuse boxes got moved to the front, I dig that. I think I just need to go through and repaint a bunch of stuff. Its 11 years of age is starting to show....

White intake would not look right and it will never stay clean....too many nooks and crannies to try and keep clean.
