So here's the latest. New drivers fender from GM is 3/8" longer than my original.. That was why he couldn't get anything to line up right on the drivers side. GM dealership are being dicks and don't want to refund or exchange fender..sigpic

Just got back from changing plugs at the paint shop.. Mine were fouled out, wouldn't even start... Changed plugs, fired right up. I was right on the windows they forgot to plug the motors in, doh! Old fender is repaired and back on, everything lines up as it should.. Supposed to be done 2night... But as you've seen about 300 times already, I've been told that before and something always comes up...sigpic
