Ever think of Sonic Blue from the late 90's-early 00's Mustangs? Mix that with a black/dark grey/light grey Phoenix.

Tiger stripes....Don't make me hack up a hair ball lol!
Then you can paint "GGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAATTTTEEEEEEE E"
on the side and be called Tony the Tiger haha!!

No...if your doing it yourself, fine. If your taking it to someone, the labor costs are going to kill your!

All depends on what you want with the car. I wasn't going stock, so a stock color was not an option for me.

I do like the idea of that sonic blue! That's a great color.

But look at color samples, that's where I got my idea for the candy apple red, plus the color shade that I wanted.

They make a lot of different color sample charts to look at.

How about some pics of the car to help? I love blue, but there are so many variations available that are awesome. Trust me my T/A is either going to be blue or green.

If you are going to do sidepipes I think you should give the car a vintage treatment. What about making some custom y-pipes using a set of Cherry bomb mufflers? I saw that on a Cherry bomb ad with a black Continental that looked great!

How about a flat pearl blue paint with a flat hood bird in white or gray then have gloss white for the feathers or how about some pinstriping?

I'm just saying, if you are going in that direction, why go half way. I could see maybe some tasteful scallops possibly too.

But lets start with some pics.

If you want to stand out then come up with an intricate color scheme/graphics, but please....NO TIGER STRIPES!!

Sorry Ben, but that's NOT a Lincoln Continental, it's a Cadillac Coupe Deviille, way better than a Lincoln.
