Well as many of you know I was very disappointed with the paint work that was done to my car last winter.. The shop has promised to repaint it for free, but I have lost all confidence in their ability to do anything. Especially after I just spent ten days troubleshooting and repairing another of their great jobs.. So I found a new paint shop, they were appalled at the poor quality and even pointed out some stuff I had never noticed.. My rear 1/4s are a slightly darker color than the rest of my car as well as all the other crap I already knew about.. Anyways, I am going to suck up the loss and pay the new shop to redo my car, they are going to redo everything(except the stripes).. Planning on the Oct timeframe to drop it off.. Lifetime warranty as long as I own the car..

I thought he was going to cry when I showed him everything the other joint screwed up!!!Originally posted by 1BADAIR View Postwithout backspraying(fading) into the next panel the paint usually never matchessigpic

Yep, sucks.. But I hate it the way it is and do know it will look only mildy better if I let the original shop repaint it.. Rather spend the money and have it done right..sigpic
