Then like in this case since the car is already kind of orange I just went to "Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation" and changed the Hue until it was pretty close and then added some Saturation to make the color a little more rich.
If the color is completely different I will De-saturate it by going to "Image - Adjustments - Channel Mixer" and then clicking Monochromatic and hit OK. Then I'll go to "Image - Adjustments - Selective Color" and play with the different colors. Sometimes I will click Absolute if it's not doing what I want.
