California Duster is the best damn product around.

I second that. I do not plan to wash my car at all this summer. (it only goes out on perfect days) Instead if it gets some dust on it from driving around, I just use the good ole duster, then quick detailer if there are bugs and shes set

good choice on the buy you will not be disappointed. used it on my malibu all the time and normally only wash it once a year

i got my dad one fro his birthday
he uses it alot on the impala and firebird


i think theyre worth it seem to work nicely
and pretty effortless

Yup, the duster is awesome, but you need a California Water Blade as well. (If you wash your car) One of the best items I've ever seen for car care over the last 35 years!

Yikes - I've never liked the idea of the blades. One spec of dirt and you're scraping it against your paint. I stick with my waffle weave microfibers that will catch the dirt but not scratch it against the paint.

I love mine, pretty much all summer the only thing in my back seat is the Cali duster, a bottle of Meguires Quick Detailer and a couple Microfibers. Black is a royal pain in the ass to keep clean, and all 3 things make it that much easier.

Love mine, Just find a bunch of dirty cars and trucks to use it on, as at first it may leave wax marks until it get enough dust in it. But yes do get one and the dirtyer they get the better they work.

I saw my first Water Blade about 10 years ago and like you thought it must be hard on the paint. It was being used by some former WMCC members on their new SS convertible. Now these people were anal about their car, and I don't mean just run-of-the-mill anal, I'm talking world class anal about their car and it's paint (also the first people I ever knew that used Zaino). So, I thought if these guys use a Water Blade, it must be safe. I tried it on my car and was sold instantly. It is the best thing I've ever seen for drying the black roof on my old '96 SS. Never left a mark, even better than a towel or chamois.

You should borrow one sometime and give it a try.
