  • Painted Calipers

    So i get bored preety easily and when i get bored i like to mess around with my car, so im getting the C6's and and Tires mounted tuesday so i decided to go ahead and paint my calipers red today, i was really surprised how much better it makes a car look for $15 i will get pics up as soon as possible, it turned out preety good

    kick ass...yea i remember you sent me a text message the other day saying you did it! can't wait to see....i think 2marrow i'm gonna throw my car on the jack stands, and go through and "nut and bolt" everything, and maybe get some paint for my calipers too...i'm sure i'll see 'em soon!

        yea once i got my eyes on the those C6's i knew i wanted them, and Matt its so easy painting the calipers what color are you thinkin?

              as soon as i get my car running im taking it to get my wheel shit loosened so i can take em off and do wire mod and sand down my calipers and polish em up. Damn bolts are too tight to do without air tools, afraid ill break the studs off

                      when you guys painted your calipers.. did you just use a high temp engine paint.. or do you have to get one of those kits that i can never find the color i want??

                          well i just did mine yesterday and today and used high heat engine paint and it went on just fine, i painted 5 red coats and 4 coats of clear coat and it looks preety good, i mainly did it so they will look nice when the chrome wheels go on

                            Jeff, if you can get Kruger to do it for free than go ahead cuz my dad wont let me :\ He told me its like 10 bucks a tire. But if you wanna pay we could go up there and do it anyday this week but wensday
