Is it an auto? If so definitely trans temp. Maybe oil temp, a real oil pressure gauge, a real water temp, maybe(doubtful) voltmeter. Kinda depends on the car I guess, possibly a fuel pressure?

I'm gonna be running a Boost/Vac, Voltmeter and eventually a Wideband in my Cobalt, but that's F/I.
