Wheeling a car

Well, during the process of taking the motor out of my car, it's aquired many, I don't want to call them scratches, but like blemishes in the paint. Should wheeling it out take care of these?

depends on how bad they are but as long as they are just in the clear coat you should be able to wheel them out, just make sure you get a good compound like "clear cut" by 3m stuff works great for making the finish of your car smooth, use it with a wool pad and you should get great results. Then finish it off with a light cut or even a couple passes with a machine glaze to let the color shine through. You can get all that stuff i said at painters supply. Sorry if you know most of this, i just assumed i would throw out everything i would do. I plan on doing this to my car in about a week in order to get that shine back.

It's that people don't know to take the steps and they think a simple orbitial works. Claying does work wonder's but not as much as a wheel will. Speaking of that, I need to wheel my Camaro.

I'd just use a claybar to get deep shit out, then wheel...

its important you use a foam pad for the light cut stage!

If you really want shine, finish it off with a waffle pad and Seal-B Color comes out like you wouldnt believe.

a wheeling finished off with that and a couple layers of wax is downright jawdropping.
