I'd stay third, i've seen people get the 4th gen dash in there and stuff it looks good but it takes a LONG TIME... but if your willing to do it, Go for it.

I would do 4th gen seats but keep the third gen dash... mainly because I like when 3rd gen dashes are converted to all autometer gauges, that looks hot. Seats are also easy to put back to original - the dash isnt.

have fun paying up to 500 just for the seats, My dad got lucky and scored a 50k mileage black leather interior for 520 dollars
the car had zero rust and it was a blue/green color with a Lt1 and a six speed.

It was soooo sooo sooo clean, a little old woman used to drive it 60 or so, I REALLY have no clue why an old lady like that would want a Z28.

anyhow but the car was smashed in the rear so hard the rear tires could not spin and the axle was bent.

On Joel... when I had my thirdgen.. I liked the dash , now I own a 4th gen and dont like the dash all that much as the 3rd..

But 4th gen seats in a 3rd They are interchangable so mid as well switch them out!

I like the 3rd gen dash because it's simple and clean. The 4th gen dashes are nice too, but take ALOT of work to make them fit and work right in these cars. Just swapping out the seats and maybe the center console will dramatically change the look of your interior.
