For any painters out there,what do you think would happen if you used a metallic silver as a base coat and covered it with a medium blue. I am trying to get a electric blue type color-Metallic flake blue just ain't doing it.

Not a painter by any means, but I think if you sprayed a "light" coat of blue, or use a candy blue on top of the silver that might be what you want.
