Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

So, today, I decided to get out a can of spraypaint and went crazy on the Camaro. . . I put the bra back on because the painted headlight buckets looked out of place without it. Also, the paint work isn't coming for at least a couple of months. Here are the pics:
I think it looks better than it did without the paint and bra. . . Wait until I paint the grille down on the bottom and leave the bra on . . . It's gonna be off the hook!
I'm contemplating painting the grille, but I want to tape off a bowtie in it. . . I don't know whether there was one from the factory or not, but there isn't one now. Black grille with an orange bowtie outline would be pretty sweet! I think I like the look of the bra now, but not for the long run. I'm just hoping it doesn't do too much damage in the couple of months until I can actually get it into a paint booth.
I thought you were done with the bra? The buckets look pretty good black like they used to be though and I'm sure the grille will look great too.
Well, with all of the orange paint that was chipped off around the headlight buckets, it almost looked like I tried to paint them without taping them off first. . . So, I threw the bra back on, just for a couple more months. Everyone I have encountered todday thinks it looks better this way. Hopefully I will be able to paint the grille this weekend. It almost looks like there is no damage at all! lol
