Vinyl Problem

Ive got an SLP windshield banner, and quite a few of the letters are starting to tear off...

Does anyone know a way to get them to stick back down before it gets too bad????

super glue

or that spray in a can glue. It'll NEVER come off then!

Are the backs of the letters still sticky at all? If they are, a good adhesion promoter, like the stuff made by 3M, will probably help to stick them back into their place. Another route would be for you to try to heat them up. That usually helps. Hope that helps!

ive tried heating them up, but they have been so weathered that all the sticky stuff id gone.

I havent tried super glue though...ya really think it will work?

Yeah but you'll need to smooth it out nicely on the back....which may be a little hard to do. If it's a little uneven and chunky i odn't think you'll be able to see it from the insdide (it'll be black) but once you press teh letter down, be sure to wipe all that excess glue off before it dries.

You Could Get The Knew Ones That Go On With Soap Water. Once You Headed The Other Ones With The Heat Gun They Wont Ever Go Back.
