  • Did some work with the touch up paint

So when I bought the car from nate, the driver side fender was white but he had it painted the same color green as the rest of the car except for the part by the fender wall. Well it's bothered me ever since i've gotten it and today I had some spare time and decided to take care of it short term. I also did a pretty decent job(for my first coat) for my standards on the rust strip on the passenger side(First pictures). Anyway just wanted your guys's and girls's input. Here's the pictures. Don't be to hard on me.

    Before:

After:Before I washed, definetly not that scratched, just mud

Well it looks better than it did. Doesn't stick out so much now. I think you did a decent job with what you had to use.

When I bought the car, I didn't even have the right color touch up paint but I managed to get the right one a week or two ago. And keep in mind this is a 10 minute job combined with both the fender and pass. side door and I will make it look 10X better. Just showing my progress.

Nice job! I've been using mine a bit, kinda to mask the shit on the front fascia where I knocked the paint off thanks to ice.

I'm just to poor to actually pay to get my car painted so this will have to make do. After the second coat i'll wax it though

I wouldn't wax it right away. Some types of paint take up to 90 days to cure.
