or theres this stuff i use on tennis shoes that will brighten them up, like soft&white or something like that?

depends, typically its the plastic itself that is degrading. You can try scrubbing, but likely only new ones will be "white" as you want.

I think I'm just going to remove the wiper tank on my car. I never use it. Stupid thing turned yellow on me a few years ago.

i did it once, worked awesome cant remember what it was though.... bleach white for your whitewalls perhaps..

That's what I was thinking also. Make up a nice bath for them and let them sit over night.

It will make them somewhat whiter but it won't give you that new look....just buy new ones, they are cheap.
