what brand are you looking at... bad thing about ebay you have to sniff out the knock offs.... you can still get really good deals just find out what brand they are selling if it is new or refurb.. or even used... then if they offer a warranty... i try not to buy anything on ebay unless its from a cedibal store owner

I've heard a lot of good things about the streetglow. . . Maybe I'll fix the front end damage first. I wanted to put my tint back on the rolldowns, only like 25% anyway, but a friend of mine got a couple of really expensive tickets for her 35% tint. . . I don't know the cops in Adrian too well, so I don't want to chance it! lol I still have the tint. . . It's the static cling stuff, so I took it off and I am going to put it back on for shows and stuff. . . And to protect from prying eyes on the road. . . lol

you cant get a dollar ticket for tint... its a fix it ticket... then you have to have it off within a week or 2 if you get caught again on the same car after that then you can get a real ticket...

My friend got two tickets for over $200 each within a couple of weeks of each other! My dad said that they stopped doing fix-it tickets last year. . .

bull they cant prove you did it.. you could fight that in any court... im sure they might be handing out tickets but you could get outta it easy... i had 2 so far on the grand prix now i just gave it the 4 inch strip on the top to make them happy... but i never paid a cent for it.. besides buying more tint... its summer time keep the windows down anyways.. ha ha

i got busted in the winter for mine both times so thats the only down side.. with the TA i dont care it will get atleast 25% on the fronts 5% on the back, but mines a summer car too so i dont have to worry.. if you got static cling kind toss it up once the weather is nice and dont roll the window more than a 1/4 of the way up unless its parked... they cant ticket a parked car for a driving offense...

I think the only point of even having the tinted windows is to add that "stealthy" look. . . And the car doesn't look stealthy at all with the windows down! lol I'm gonna put it on once the weather gets nice, just for shows and stuff. . . I'll leave the windows up when I'm cruising with you guys. . . I won't be the only guy with window tint and A/C! LMAO

my car is tinted all the way around...and i've had my fair share of tint tickets...both the "fix-it" tickets and the 2 pointer "obstruction of view" F--- The Police!!! (ice T!) but hey....i strip if and put it back on at work, so it's no big deal for me cause i get my car tinted for free!!! WOOT!

Yeah I'm getting some nice tints too. If they pull me over I'll be like I just bought the car from Ohio, which is true. In Ohio they have better things to worry about...like crime.

The tube I have is like 10", and it's got one end wrapped in tape and it's all busted up. . . Not worth it. It's all wired in as the dome light in the Blazer anyway, I removed the overhead console to install the sunroof.
