Frame off restoration during 4700 hours. All the work, including paint was done by me.
Started September 2003 and was done in August 2007.

New bushings installed
My new bushings was installed today, the frame was in so good cond as you can see and we dont want to remove it just for change color , so we seal the bushings when the frame is painted.

Morte parts removed
Found some rust there all the edges of the rearfender and all other steel meets, three layers of steel, have to remove a little bit.
