      Skip the dremel, those are for pansies...get yourself a nice 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. I have a Hitachi that I bought at lowes for like $45 and it kicks ass. I use the snot out of it, very powerful and versitile.

        I used a electric right angle grinder with some wheels from Auto Zone back when I had my 86 Camaro. Took it right down to the metal like instantly. Need to get my own since I don't live with my parents anymore.

            Well i know last year in My Voc class we used air power die grinders and used those like goofy scotch bright pad sort of deals and made these nice pained valve covers and it worked BEAUTIFULLY. I always wanted one but don't have the compressor.

                    Problem is i want all the metal to stay I don't want much welding.... Sooo I think a sawzall is out of the question.

                        i have an electric die grinder, it works well

                        i think i got it at harbor freight for like 20-30 bucks
