Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Has anyone had their hood scoop painted? I've seen a few pics on line of either the whole scoop being painted or just the area in front of the inlet. How to you all think it looks? Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get this done? What might it cost?
My car is Sunset Orange and I was thinking about doing black.
My friend is getting ready to do his scoop on his silver SS and I think it looks tight. Go get some quotes at a body shop or take a whack at it yourself, I'm sure you'll be pleased.
Well he has the supplies to do it himself so it'll only be paint cost. His car is silver and all blacked out so hes going to paint the scoop gloss black and the inside flat black to match his berger panel, should look good. Hes a bit leary on doing painting for others though as he is no expert and has limited time but I could ask him what he thinks if you'd like.
i just did this little picture in paint a second ago LOL...this is what i want to do eventually. just the outside. i don't wanna do the "tear drop" on the inside of the scoop. but i think this would look good on my car with my black roof/mirrors...and soon to have black rims!!!!
