The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. I started to dye the interior of my 78 Formula. So far it's going pretty good. I'm changing the stock 'camel' to black. I still have to clear coat the parts i have done so far.

Depends on the vinyl dye, though. Duplicolor's looked great for awhile, but then it started to rub. But, that's what clear coat is for! Looks great, bro!
It is pretty nice looking. I have some gray cloth in my car, and I was thinking of dyeing it all black, but I would be doing the seat covers and everything, so I can't have the dye rubbing off on me. Is there any kind of cloth dye you guys would recommend, or should I just pick one and follow the instructions on the box? Also, does the vinyl dye you used only stick to vinyl, or would I need to tape off the area I am working with? I need to re-dye my center console lid, it's looking pretty sun-bleached.
i don't think it matters what he uses...it's looking way better!
The reason I was asking is because it looks so good that I wanted to take a mental note of what he was using because it turns out so good! SEM is usually hailed as the all powerful interior dye, but whatever is being used looks sa-weet.
