Im looking at buying a 86 camaro. I belive it is the sport coupe. It has a carbed 305 and a 700r. It has damage to the front. He actuly took of the bumper and he is thowing in a aftermarket hood for free all for $1200. Could i put a z28/iroc/rs bumper on it or will it not line up w/ the fender?? I can't stand the look of the sport coupe and will not buy it if i have to look at that every day. Thanks.

Also what about ground effects what would i have to do to make it not a sport coupe?

Umm i think you would have to get a new front bumper cover for doing the ground effects but im not sure

Get a new nose and Z28 or RS ground effects and you will be all set...all the sheet metal is the same.

it needs a new front bumper any ways. The bumper probaly dosent come w/ a grill does it?

If it's bought new, no it won't have one, but you can always pick up nice ones used that may include the "grille".
