Ram air hood Misfit?

I got my ram air hood on to make sure it fit today before i got it painted and i noticed something. Between the hood and the center divider of the lower nostrils there is a gap where if you have a small hand could slide it in. Of course not thinking i didnt take a picture at the time but i found one online that looks the exact same

See how the hood is not flush and has a gap beneath the bottom divider? Is that normal or is my car and this car messed up? Maybe its just because the hood is purple it made the difference seem bigger.

I think that's how it is on all WS6 hoods.

i found theres a adjuster thing right there i can put a spacer on cause that part is very flimsy and i can raise it up
