            Hey Sean,

Thanks for the compliments on our SS. But, I think I'll keep it for a while yet.

It's a very nice car. I think it's got a little less than 30,000 miles on it, and has never been driven in the winter. We ordered it on July 7th, of 1995, right after SLP showed us the Camaro SS prototype at Camaro Superfest.

We took delivery on December 1st, 1995. It's car # 240, but was actually the 40th 1996 SS built. (That's a whole other story)

It's a 6 speed with graphite leather interior, no T-tops. I have the SLP car cover, the embroidered floor mats and the cat-back exhaust. The only mods to the car are a skip shift eliminator, the black CAMARO letters on the back, and Eibach lowering springs.

It's a fun car to drive and I like it very much. But, since we got the Hot Rod Magazine Edition Camaro, it's hard not to want to drive that one all the time!

I'm planning to take the '96 SS on the Hot Rod Power Tour again next spring, and give the Hot Rod a rest. Once the '74 Z28 is back on the road, I imagine I'll be geeked to drive that one quite a bit, too.

Looks like the IROC-Z will get another "year off".

Could you guess I like white Camaros?

Steve O. has backed out due to some car problems. He called the Red Lion Motor Lodge and they have 3 rooms left. If anyone wants to go you better grab a room.

                          It should be said that:
THIS IS NOT A CAMARO MANDITORY EVENT!!!!!

Don't let your car be the reason for not coming. This WMCC weekend is all about friends, fun and food (and maybe a little drink).
Granted .... if you are not in a camaro, you have to drive at the back of the line or ride with someone else and we give you a lot of sh$t. But it's all in good fun and you will have one of the best weekends of your life
We have a couple people every year that don't bring their cars .......... STEVEO.
                          Three rooms left!

I offered Steve my 79 and John S. said he could use his wifes 97. Steve is going to try to fix his car Sat. and get some things done around his house, and go visit his mother-in-law.
