August WMCC Club Meeting..Aug 5th

August WMCC Club meeting:
We will be meeting at Johnson Park in Grandville, MI at 1:00pm Sunday August 5th, 2007. We will be having a pot-luck style cook-out. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided. Please bring a dish to pass and your own drinks. We’ll try and meet in the picnic shelter near the 2nd parking area on Butterworth St after turning off of Wilson Ave. If the shelter is taken we will be meeting in a grassy area under the trees, so bring your chairs. After the meeting we will be taking a nice cruise, around the greater Grand Rapids area.

Johnson park is located at the corner of Wilson Ave & Butterworth St. the address for the park is 2600 Wilson Ave SW. Walker, MI 49544.

We never talked about it. But if its raining the pavillion should be open.
either way we'll just meet there and decide what to do then.

What about condiments/charcoal?/lighter fluid? We can also bring some plates, Silverware, napkins, cooking Utinsels. We have lots left from the Benefit we just had. Is someone going to be there early to get things set up?

I was going to try and get there a little early. Jna said she was bring Ketchup & mustard. You have know got me wondering if they have grills in the park? Should we have somebody bring a grill?

There is at least one grill in each picnic area in all county parks.

Darn, we'll be in Marshall MI on Saturday, spending the night and leaving for home on Sunday... ah well, we can wait 3 weeks and see y'all at Berger, and THIS YEAR... we're staying for the picture afterwards.
