  • Here she is..

I suppose since I don't think I've ever even made a thread about my car since I got it last year, MiFbody gets to be the lucky cherry popper. Here is my 2006 GTO:

    1 Odometer.JPG26 Rear Seats.JPG24 Passenger Side Dash.JPG22 Driver Side Interior.JPG20 Magnaflow.JPG19 Wheel and Brake Caliper.JPG17 Rear Bumper.JPG14 Passenger Side.JPG13 Passenger Side.JPG12 Passenger Front.JPG11 Driver Side.JPG10 Driver Side.JPG8 Front Bumper.JPG3 Carb Sticker.JPG2 After Maggie.JPG31 Clear Bra Hood Line.JPG

Its a M6, had 5,400 miles on it when I bought it in CO. I drove it back to WI, as of today it has close to 9,800 miles... I feel bad I've almost doubled the miles the previous owner put on it in in less than a year lol.. But its a blast to drive. No regrets on the manual, I never get tired of the exhaust tone.

    Mods:

    Performance
Maggie MP112 with 1:1 rear and 3.1" front
Kooks 1 7/8" LTs, high-flow cats, Magnaflow CB
    Pinned crank pulley
    Volant CAI
    GMM Ripshift (race version)
    Pedders Street II
    "Steel Chicken" tune

    Appearance
    3M clear bra
    Tint
SCSS GaTOr Pod - Autometer Gauges

It was dynoed by the previous owned, its making 560HP to the crank and 476 RWHP and 474 RWTQ.

I can't believe what a find this car was.. I posted a WTB ad on LS1GTO and got a response a day or two later, and two weeks after that I had booked a flight and had a loan ready to go... The guy was super nice, really accomodating, and didn't bullshit at all about anything with the car. It was basically in mint condition and better. Right when I saw the car, I couldn't pass it up.. 5k miles, it cost me 19,500-I didn't even try to haggle him since I knew he was giving me a good deal. I've thanked the guy several times since getting the car and email him every now and then.. I was fortunate to find a legit seller, a guy who didn't try to burn me (or bury me in the Colorado desert when I went to pick it up LOL). I'm very happy with my purchase... Despite how draining it may be on my paychecks

I wish! That's Golden, CO... Nice little town, and yeah I would love to have one of those houses... Guy that sold me the car was doing pretty well for himself, his house was pretty incredible.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I'm trying to keep it in as immaculate shape as he did, black really is a tricky color haha.

I am kinda surprised 3rd gear won't get you to 100 mph.

I am quite jealous, very nice car man.

I tried to get a LS2 but my budget only allowed an 04 which is fine since it has the sport package and the LS1 is plenty nuff and its not like I will be keeping it stock much longer.
