*sighs* yah I'm still around. I post from time to to time. Regretfully I'm not here as often as I used to be. Since Epic is gone and I went Mopar haven't had much of a need to look at f-bodies much latley. Yes, I don't have a facebook. I'm too busy to deal with that right now. My wife has one and if I really need to get a hold of someone threw there I just have her do it.

Good to see this area getting some more attention. Thanks to Brian's PM I probably would have never known. Keep it up and I'll be here more often too.

Well, Adric and I brewed another batch of beer today. We went full on total man style and did all-grain, which is starting from the ground up basically. Not sure if any of you have or brew your own beer regularly, but its pretty fun and (fingers crossed) our previous beers have turned out fine so far... This one will hopefully be the best yet.

That sounds like fun! Definitely keep us updated on how that goes. I've made Lemoncello before, but that's just taking lemon peel and soaking it in vodka for a few months and then mixing in a simple sugar syrup.

We made an IPA from a kit first, then a Weizenbier kit second.. Both turned out pretty tasty. This one is a clone of Crooked Tree (Which is a great IPA if you are into beer), so hopefully it turns out pretty decent. Its currently fermenting very actively, just hope it doesn't overflow like our first one haha.. I'll keep you posted, it won't be fully drinkable until the 19th of May.

I'm not a beer drinker but it sounds like it might be a fun hobby to get into.

Justin - How long are your home brews normally good for? Do they only taste good for a short amount of time or do they keep for a while?
