I love XDs...they fit my hand way better ergonomically then my old glock. .40 is a great caliber, I USED to shoot it for free, thats what my Glock was...lets just say I know some people who know some people who may or may not be INS . But I went with the good ol .45acp on this one. 13+1 Rounds of .45 is something not to be Effed with.

I have S&W M&P .40 cal 15 shot . You can put different size back straps on it to fit your hand. They come with the gun.
Also have a Kahr PM 9 for CCW. That will fit in my front pocket of my paints. Its a 7 shoot auto 9MM.

I had a glock 17 and XD .40 both nice guns. Cant say anything bad about them.
Shoot guns I have a Beretta 391 auto sporting clays 12 ga, I shoot in leagues with this. Also a Benelli super nova 12ga, pump.
And a Ruger 1022 I would like to get a AR15 some day.

i got a kimber ultra cdp II and a kimber custom covert II and after reading that post i started to laugh.. people that question the quaility of a kimber (such as the peopel that spread that b.s. u heard) do so more or less casue they cant afford them.

I've been thinking about the M&P, I haven't shot one yet but the gun fits my hand so nicely I can only imagine how much of a pleasure it has to be to shoot.

You're lucky to have CCW laws, WI is one of two states in the country that there is absolutly no way you can legally carry. I did get my Utah non-resident permit but it's only good in so many states. For example I can't carry in MI because I'm not a resident of the state the permit is from. I just wish the rest of us were allow to protect ourselves and our families.

One thing nice about the S&W M&P is MADE IN USA with a LIFE TIME WARINTEY !

That would be cool. Every 2nd and last wednesday of the month
at 6:30 at multi lakes they have open in door shooting and its not crowed. $6 for none members ( $3 for me) Last week there was 5 other shooters beside me. I have been there and I was the only gun. This may work for you after work on day ?
Funny how a lot of car guys are in to guns also.

sporting clay is my main bag. Took high gun in last weeks league. (44 out of 50)

i havent shot skeet in forever but when i did - oakland county sportmans club was my place

Skeet not the same as sporting clay yet still fun. Sporting clays is in the woods they come at you away from you on the ground left to right right to left straight up basically any kind of set up they can think of.
