Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Developmental model for GM’s Firebird III could fetch $30,000 at auction
"GM’s Firebird III concept car envisioned plenty of far-flung futuristic technologies, from turbine drivetrains to automotive autonomy, but the process used to design and build the concept car relied on tried-and-true methods, as we can see from the two-foot-long resin model that GM’s design staff used in developing the concept car, which will come up for auction later this year".
That's one thing I miss about working in the VEC...they used to bring some interesting cars out for display out by Java City. Was there the day the announced the return of the Camaro (5th gen.), which was a fun event.
When we worked at the Truck Product Center, they would also display cars in the main hallway, just behind the security desk at the main entrance. Truck concepts, antiques, Autorama cars like the LeSabre. Lots of cool stuff for an old buy from central Illinois to see.
When I was a kid my Dad worked for GM research at the Tech center. The actual car sat in the lobby on display for years. Every once in a while he would take me into his work and would make him stop every time so I could drool over that thing.
