  • MIFC: September 2014 Firebird of the Month (FOTM) Voting thread

September 2014 FOTM contest. Please only vote only once. Voting will close on August 31, 2014 at 11:59pm.
Firebird of the Month (FOTM) Rules
    1) You must read the rules
    2) Must be an MIFC member
    3) Must own or have owned the Firebird in the picture
    4) The photo must be a good quality picture, so it doesn’t appear to be blurry or pixilated when it is used as a Cover Photo.
    5) You can only submit one quality photo per month.
    6) The photo cannot be obviously edited. Example: No blurring, No fades, and No adding different backgrounds in the photo with photoshop. You may boost the colors of the photo or turn it to black and white.
    7) You cannot submit your Firebird for the FOTM competition if you already won previously in the same year. Example: If you won September 2014 FOTM, you cannot submit your Firebird till January 2015 FOTM.
    8) If you were apart of a photo that another member submitted for FOTM, you can still submit your Firebird for FOTM.
    9) Must include the year, trim, and any other additional information you want to include. Addition information may include: how long you had it, modifications, how many miles are on it, what makes it special to you, history of the Firebird, and whatever else you may want to include. You do not need to include everything I listed for additional information.
    10) Only MIFC members can vote.
    11) You can only vote on Mifbody or on the MIFC Facebook page.
    12) If you decided to submit a photo with another Firebird or Firebirds in it, your Firebird has to be the main focus of the photo.

**Please only vote if you are a Michigan Firebird Club (MIFC) member**

I've had it for a couple years now, was previously owned by a shop that used it as an auto-x car. The car has a stock LT1 that just hit 100k right now and since I got it i've done a few things like plastidip it anthracite, change the wheels a few times and add CTS-V brakes w/ 14" rotors, a VFN hood, and a nitrous kit that started as a 100, then 150, and now with a 200 shot along with a lot of weight reduction. this winter i will be swapping to a 5.3 plan to do a bolt ons w/ spray setup with that.

            NBM?

FYI...I'm in from my third night of meticulously scrubbing every inch of my travel trailer with black streak remover twice, then a wash, then a protectant. Not quite half done yet. My feet and arms are killing me. I have not voted yet, and could sure use some help. Just sayin'....
