  • Goodbye Friends I will be gone soon.

    To whom this may concern,

I figured that since I started this club 8 years ago that I should say goodbye. According to current club leadership I am no longer welcome to participate. I have made mistakes along the way which evidently are unforgivable to some. I have worked to repair any damage but alas some hearts may never be softened. To those I have offended I am sorry and I hope you can move on with your lives now that I am not part of them. To my friends I just wanted to say goodbye. It has been a lot of fun and I hope that continues for you.

I have asked Brian to delete my MiFbody account so that I will not be tempted to return.

Good Luck with the club! I hope my efforts were not in vain.

-Benjamin Schall (Founder of the Michigan Firebird Club)

Goodbye Friends I will be gone soon.

I am not sure what happened in the past and I'm pretty sure many other members doesn't either. No need to delete your mifbody profile over something that happened in the past. You can do as Brian said and just step away from MIFC and keep your mifbody profile. Mifbody is a fun website/community for everyone.

I suppose I should comment in here as I am the current MIFC president.
Let mestart off by saying I both like and care for Ben. Hell, l stood up with him at his wedding.
There was an issue with the first judging gig done by the club, before my time. As a result of that, I have been told by numerous people on here, you know who you are, that they would not be interested in joining or participating so long as ben was involved. People have long memories and tend to remember personal slights like that. Intended or not.

As a result of that, it was decided to not have him judge this year. While it was not my initial decision, as club president the final word and blamenare mine to bear. Sometimes you have to put the group before your personal opinions or feelings. It was not my intention to ban Ben from the club entirely,or to drive him from here.

This can easily be resolved by a breakdance fight.

Darren is usually to blame for anything that happens around here, so whats one more gig? Shoot he can take it, I blame Darren for my car not getting done

From Mike's post sounds like typical butt hurt. Ben I have met ya before and never had a problem with ya if that means anything.

I'm one of those people...and the "slight" between he and I has nothing to do with MIFC.

I'll just say that the lack of integrity he displayed to myself and another member here was enough to make me decide I would not associate with him or anything he was involved in.
