Looks like our official club logo is #7. Thank you David and all the others for their submissions. Now I was considering making some decals for the window sills with this design. We will use this on our newsletter and on our shirts. Should we also have an alternate design for hatch decals? I like what Chad offered for this. Would there be any objections to doing so? I think most of the people who wanted Chad's design was for use on hatch decals anyway.

Is everyone satisfied with these ideas? I think these will look great. Speak up people!

Having a hatch logo is a possibility. Looking at the original logos the text may become hard to see the smaller the sticker is.

I am looking to have the initial batch of club decals made. I am not sure who had the winning design. If whoever has a copy of it can forward it to me I would greatly appreciate it! Lets keep this bumped until I get this taken care of please!!!

Also if anyone had a copy of the Hatch decal please let me know.

            Thanks everybody!

I think I still have all my original files. For the one you have in your sig now. I will get back with you on that.

This was the original winning logo:

And this was the adapted version for decals:

I really like the original winning logo's better then anything else, but decals on the car the more simple the better. Just my two cents.

I agree, I think that the smaller decals will need to be simpler. But i think the adapted version would make a good back hatch window decal.

How big do you plan the back decal to be?

I found all my original Photoshop files.

I can export them into specific file types if needed. I can also resize them if needed.

Hey, just a question since I wasn't active on the site last year and didn't participate in the voting. Why does it say "East Michigan" instead of just "Michigan Firebird Club"? I don't know that we have enough members yet to justify an "East" & "West". We have about 10 people or so? I think we should stay together, at least until we are big enough to have two groups that meet regularly. Even then I think we should stay one group, and just have east & west meetings/events that may be separate. Plus, I just think it sounds better to say "Michigan Firebird Club" - it sounds more inclusive.

Since I'm giving my two cents here, I also have to say that the hatch decal (i.e. the one in Ben's sig) looks the best, because the screaming chicken is a little more prominent. You can still see the arrowhead in it, but the larger 'Bird leaves no doubt that this is a Firebird club, not just a Pontiac club.
