Club Name and Logo

Doug suggested we devise a club name and logo. Something catchy and unique and a logo to boot.

I know we have got some very artistic and creative people here. Lets have at it. Then once we have our group together we can vote on different submissions.

A few suggestions for the logo:
The logo should be something that can be duplicated on shirts and such.
It should represent all of our club equally so no single generation is left out. Should be something we can all relate to.
Also should be something that looks mean and catches your attention.

I think something that looks like a milatary patch would be cool...

Just type "military patches" or "milatary emblems" into google for more ideas, saw some good ones.

Does anybody remember "Woody the Woodpecker"
I think a derivation or that would be cool, a cartoon that most everyone can relate to and would notice.

Sorry Travis. I am getting ahead of myself aren't I? I'll try to keep it to a minimum. I am just really excite about this opportunity and am just trying to get the group thinking about how we are going to do this thing so when it comes time to put the plan into action everyone has had an opportunity to put in their $0.02.

If you would like, you could also make a submission for our club logo and name. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You need to be careful not to get too many colors in there. The more colors you have the more it cost to have T-shirts and Decals produced.
WMCC uses 4 colors.

Jen mentioned something like a Pontiac emblem in front of a firebird emblem with text wrapped around that. But aren't there multiple different firebird emblems? One for each generation?
