    Dundee Michigan Firebird Gathering June 19th 2010

    To All, (You need to book now before they pull the rooms)

    Many have asked for me to set this up & now it is time to support it. I understand given the economy, several can not make the trip. That is another reason why this is a free car show gathering. I have hooked up with several sponsors. I plan on giving out goody bags to a limited amount of attendees, & or door prizes. Not just a bag full of of flyers, I'm talking t-shirts, & gift certificates, hats etc...

    When: Saturday June 19, 2010 Check in 3PM Check out is 12Noon Sunday. Early Birds can arrive on Friday the 18th. Must book June 1, 2010 for discount. Holding 75 rooms.

    Count me in. I miss the old days of the Nesting of the Birds and I want to revive the enthusiasm for the Firebird.

    I would like to help out with the show should you need it. Please let me know if there is any way I can help.

      still no answear, do the cars just sit unatended in the hotel lot alnight, i dont even take mine shopping or out to dinner, to much money invested for door dings, kids with keys and othere stuff.

          The parking lot is well lit. The hotel will have an area roped off for just the Firebird group. I can take donations to have security on site. The Dundee sheriff department are giving us a police escorted parade of Firebirds to the Mayfly Festival if interested Sat. Evening. They stayed in the area when Cabelas had the show 3 years in a row. We will party in the lot to midnite -2 am weather permitting & back out around 6 - 7 AM. I will also park my car at the entrance & my truck at the exit allowing no cars to pass thru after hours!!
