Update for Winter:

Sadly we have lost a few staff members along the way. I have since had to make some changes. Please review the following information and see if everything still "works". Thanks for your patience and understanding through this transistion folks!

But since you have mentioned an interest, I would be glad to find a position for you. Do you have an interest in any positions in particular?

Are you interested in being club treasurer?

I do some web design, and lots of graphics. It' just a hobby though. Never done anything professional.

MikeM is from holly michigan, is that even the west side? lol i dont think you have the right one down there, his avator at least doesnt same GR, MI, id be glad to do other things too besides photographer but I always take pics at shows, what other positions did we need?

I'm still interested in the WebMaster position. I will be looking into purchasing a DSLR camera relatively soon here. . . But that all depends on how much my tax refund is. I am starting to get into photography a lot more now, and my school actually has the equipment to develop B&W 35mm film right across the street from my dorm, so I could possibly throw together some club prints to sell at shows. . . The materials for a decent 11.5x14.5 print with a 1" border costs me about $5, so it could be a good idea for a fundraiser. . . Just a thought.

Let me know what you want me to do and when you need it done by, I have some experience in web design also, so just shoot me a PM about what you'd like done, and I'll get something thrown together for you.

A Club VP is responsible for aiding me in making club decisions and serving as an advisor, helping to organize and manage the club. When we get to the point of East side / West Side meetups and such you may be placed in a position to oversee such events.

I would like to be the WebMaster and the Eastern Chapter Club Photographer. I am rather experienced with 35mm SLR cameras, I have 2 of them, and I will be purchasing new lenses, filters, and other equipment over Spring Break, so I'll be set. I'm going to look into purchasing a negative scanner, I can process the film here on campus free of charge, but I can't develop color photos. I would have to either take exclusively B&W photos to make prints, or I would need some sort of way to scan them into my computer without exposing the film. I will see what I can do. I have a 5MP Digital Point and Shoot Camera right now, and if the DSLR falls through, I'll get like an 8MP or 10MP point and shoot until I can afford the DSLR.

I would also be interested in the VP position for the Eastern chapter if you still need one later on, I'd like to give others the oppurtunity, but if nobody steps up, I will. Just throwing my hat in the ring! lol

what is club chairperson? maybe break it up between west side president and east side being you? Ill gladly be photographer or chairperson for the west side, let me know Ben, I dont have the best camera but it gets the job done..
