No More SEMB?

Wow, so a couple weeks ago, Eric stepped down from administrator of SEMB. Angie and I were just checking up on the sites we visit, and SEMB loads a blank page. No more SEMB?

Like Pete said, he ran the club like a business. I also heard he pocketted a salary with the money he made from the club, atleast I heard that around the grapevine last year. Now that it isn't profitable (and was kinda dead there after they kicked out their main members [Angie, Ron, Andrea], it sounds like he's bailing and there goes the site? Just what it seems like, could be totally something different.

All i really know about that place is that tehy started a whole bunch of crap done at woodward.

They didn't really start a bunch of crap, there was an incident involving the moderators on their site trash talking other members in the hidden moderator lounge. It was only between a few members. That was within their club, though. Otherwise there wasn't any crap started from SEMB...? Not sure if you're infact talking about the moderator lounge incident, or something else? If something else, fill me in.. there might be more to the story that you heard. But, for the most part, SEMB was mostly just a name for the group of people that all hung out at Automotive Europe on the weekends. I know that if the site is down permanently and the club is gone, it's kinda sad for Angie and I because we really enjoyed having the centralized place to talk with everyone that hung out at Auto Euro.

Yeah, there were never any incidents on woodward..

Only problem was the Moderaor Lounge incident being public.

Ever since then, the site went down very quickly and yes i doubt that the site could ever be profitable again.

I think maybe Eric wanted to much to fast and wasn'rt ready for the responsibility. He was really running it by himself most of the time.
Hopefully this isn't the end. And even if it is I can assure you the same group will still be on Woodward.

I thought matt was telling me last year that he had a problem with those guys throwing stuff at cars and stuff but sorry must have been other people.

Ah, yeah those were some random kids that we all think came from Gratiot. Seems like most of the trash is that way. Gratiot was under construction so people couldn't cruise as much, and in turn seems like they came to Woodward instead. Squirted piss on cars and Matt and started all the trouble that we had last year with that. Hopefully they'll go back to Gratiot this year.
