Planning a BIG get-together

ok so here is the deal. I am planning a big muscle car get together in my hometown of Mt.Pleasant. There is a park there called Island park and i want to get as many f-bods /muscle cars there as possible..get some bbq and stuff like that. I am just starting to get everything together for it. I need to see how much it costs to rent a pavilion ect ect. Let me know what you think about it. P.S. Mt.P is around 1 hour north of lansing off of 127

better get your butt moving then. Takes a lot to plan big shows and such. I would be calling different location ASAP for reservations and pricing.

yup..and better plan FAST.. most car shows and what not take couple months for everything to be organized and start getting the word out..no time to slack off

I spend most of my time in Big Rapids so pretty much anything I'm down. I'm staying up there this summer so except for the M&G weekend I have no plans.

I wouldn't mind going up there, make sure you plan it after the 4th of july cause of camaro superfest and plus everyone else might be on vacation.
