  • New FBody club in Lenawee Co.

A friend and I want to start up a new FBody club in the Lenawee County area, and we need to know who would be interested in joining. Membership would be free, unless we all decide to make t-shirts or something. I don't know if this is the right place to do this, so if you are interested, email me at saxman06@comcast.net

oh, by the way, all generations are welcome, and you don't have to live in Lenawee, but most shows and other events will take place there.

Come on, guys. There has to be a few people in the Lenawee Co. area that are interested! I found out today that my F-Body club idea may turn into an F-Body and Corvette club. Car Show and Cruising season is right around the corner!

I live in Adrian (which is Lenawee county). I have a camaro and I know a few people that also have F-bodies would like to join a car club. But we will competing with a couple of larger clubs around. First one is a some car so that I can't remember its name that happends every monday night or so, second is the Irish Hills car club. These our the people the get to drive MIS once a year...... I also know some people that own imports and tuners, I'm sure they would like to have a club too. Depends on what you want.

Hit me up at my email or if you have MSN add me to that, I'm more then willing to get people and a place for this.

Good Post Nick! I am aware of the local clubs. The Adrian Street Cruisers are the #1 on the above post. They are very active. They host a lot of shows at Subway and Downtown. Last year they acually shut down Main street for the show. Thats a felony in michigan I think because it is a state road. I havent heard much about a club in Irish Hills they may not be very big.

Please don't strike me down fbody gods, If someone who is an import person is interested they are welcome. I used to be a major import fanatic until I saw the light. Maybe they will too!

A major idea is to join up with the Lenawee Corvette Club. They do a lot of cool things like the 4th of July Parade and the MIS Cruise as well as a lot of benefit stuff. The leader of the club recently passed away. RIP Candy. Now the group is in flux and needs someone to put is back together. There is a definite interest but we need to move on it. I will speak to Jim, my g/f's dad and see what he has heard and what he thinks about this possibility.

*If you know of anyone interested have them make a post on this page or you can post for them!* We need to get people's contact info and get them all together to get organized. I can work on contacts for the Corvette Club.

Yeah. If interested, post here and email your contact information to me at saxman06@comcast.net. We need to get some events set up in the near future, so even if you aren't sure, let us know! Imports are welcome, but they are not immune from the common import bashing that I have grown so fond of during my time here. lol Ben, don't worry about the F-Body gods, as long as you remain loyal and honest to the F-Body, your fine! LMAO! Everyone is welcome to join, but keep in mind that most of the events will take place in Lenawee County.

The first show should be within the next 3 months, so post ideas for locations and dates here too. Knight of Angels, I don't have MSN, but I have AIM. If you want, email me a screenname and I'll add you to that.

I think it would be cool to have a show at Siena during the summer. Lots o' parking. Before then we could have a small get together at the Big Boy restaraunt or Applebees. I think it would be really nice to have one at Tresle. Plenty of parking, a nice clean park, and an area for meeting with seating. I think we could meet there plus we would not need permission from the city. Yay Public property! Plus there is a subway right up the hill. Im thinking party subs man!
We could have them closer to weekends. Maybe during spring break.

Yeah. Perfect ideas! I think we need to get some planning going soon. Siena would be the perfect place!

I sent chris and email. He is the guy driving the blue 4th gen bird. He also has that red one too. I hope he replies. Also I ran into an old friend from high school who has a 4th Gen. I gave her my number and told her about what were doing. Keep up the recruiting!
