Two years ago I had them judge mine (73). Stone chips and all, including the rubber on the rear quarter from racing at Milan on Friday nite!
It is all about YOUR car. I don't even have mine judged anymore, it is not important to me. To be there and see all the generations and have a good time, thats what is great.

I gotta agree with Randy. Just being there and parking in the show is what is the most fun. Drivers Class allows you the chance to do that. Plus you get the goodie bag, and a chance at the door prizes. And don't forget the road rally/poker run on Friday, and the banquet on Saturday evening. Two very enjoyable events (banquet extra cost).

We tried to have trailered classes in the past, and it turns out to be impossible to control. It was not worth the extra effort and cost. Besides, I've won enough trophies over the last 32 years, that I don't really ever try to win one anymore.
RIP Doug,You will always be remembered

It's possible to drive your car regularly and still get judged and do well. I drive my car a fair share over the summer months including over to CSF and have still managed to place first in my class the last 2 years. Don't let the fact that you drive your car alot discourge you guys. Besides, if you don't get judged you have no idea what to improve on for next year....that's the way I look at it.

It's mainly cleanliness/workmanship.....mods only really determine what class you go in.

Yeah, but your car is IMMACULATELY clean. Mine actually shows signs of the wear, rock chips, dents, door dings, etc.
