Okay ... details about the Christmas party: Saturday, December 15, 7 p.m. - ???????
Location: Comfort Inn - Ann Arbor at 2455 Carpenter Road, Ann Arbor, 48108 (right off US23) ... very VERY easy to get to. Phone number is 734-973-6100 if they would like to book a room for overnight stay. If they call to make reservations, tell them they get a corporate discount per Aaron. They have jacuzzi rooms
We will be staying and I already made our reservations LOL
It is a separate small building off to the right of the main hotel with a coat room and private bathroom. It will be set up for 20-25 people to eat, with separate tables for food to be placed upon and power strips for crock pots, etc. Aaron is throwing in the coffee complimentary. We have the room from 7 p.m. until we are done, so we can go all night. I will even bring in Christmas music to play in the background.
What I need from members is to email me or call me with their name, how many people are coming with them, and the dish they are bringing to pass. Everyone must bring their own beverages/cocktails, etc.
