I bought the car June 23rd 2003 during my junior/senior year of high school. It had 75,000 on it at the time and stood out from even lower mileage cars I had looked at...everything else had been beat to hell. I am the 4th owner, it was originally sold in Alabama where it was driven its first 40,000 miles. I have the original window sticker and quite a bit of documentation on it. After that it went through a couple michigan owners who used it as a cruiser, but it stayed mostly stock. It only saw a couple months of winter when one of the previous owners DD broke down. I bought it with KBDD subframes, 2002 leather, and SLP 2OTL exhaust. I put the headers on in 2005 and did the engine build in 2008. Its been a great car to me, hasnt let me down yet. It has 95,000 miles now and is running stronger than ever. Its come a long way but i still have a lot of plans for it in the future.

Gotcha. thats good news, too bad they never caught the guys though. I gotta say, thats the best looking Camaro I have seen of this Gen. Someday I plan on having a car very similar to it. did you put in the "SS" leather when you did the conversion?

thank you! the leather seats were swapped in by the previous owner. He got them out of a 2002 Z28 that was totalled at around 10,000 miles.

Got to see it after the repair when it was at the Meet & Greet, and it looked virtually flawless. They did a fantastic job on the repair and the refinishing. Check out the photo threads from the M&G, there have to be several shots of Joel's car between the lot of them.
