Thanks for all the compliements! I really appreciate it!

Here are a few more pics of the dash in the car and just a few of it sitting on the jack stands in the garage. Plans for the weekend are to get the motor and trans out of the car and start getting the engine bay all cleaned up. Dont mind the wiring laying on the carpet, it looks like a mess but its still coming along and I still have a lot of work. I'll hopefully post some more pics this weekend after some more work is done.

Thanks! I love the way the new dash just transformed the interior of the car. Im really excited to see what the end results going to look like.

It's a project my dad and I have been working on for about 5 years now. It's a 1971 Sterling kit car. It's on a VW chasis but its an all glass car with a 200hp racing VW motor. The car weighs in around 1200 to 1500 with driver. Our goal is to finally finish that thing up this winter too. I'll be painting that car and mine at the same time if it all works out.

Thanks Tom!! I really can not wait for the car to be done. It's going to be a totally different feel once its back out again.

I finally found a place that I can paint my car in the spring so I think I'm going to delay the first day on the road for a few weeks and get the paint done right in the spring so its good to go for the entire summer/fall. The plans are to finish getting the motor out of the car this weekend and get the dash all mounted solid. The good news is that my girlfriends sister has just bought a new house and she wants me to remodel it for her so there will be some extra cash for the camaro. I'll post up some pics this weekend of the progress.

            Thanks!

Well my parents are planning on adding on to there garage so I'm going to be painting it in the garage with a nice custom made paint booth aka plastic wrap the walls. haha it should look pretty good with minimal dust in the paint.

OOOOOOOOOOOO YEA!!!! I'm going to be trying my hardest to get it done. The plan is to be there with it painted but if that doesnt work I might just have to drive it down in primer! haha JK! I'll have it there for sure B!

Yea it's just a little bit trickier! Actually since putting it in, it really wasnt that hard. The only task is the gauges but since Im going aftermarket it shouldn't be too bad.

Sorry no progress on the car as of now. Its just sitting in my garage on jack stands. I have been really busy with school and work but I have found a 5.3L near by and might be picking that up next week sometime. My goal is to just get all the parts together and then work on it in the spring. My dad has our other car home right now so its hard to get to work on mine bc of all the stuff on top of it right now. Ill make sure to update with pics when I get parts in tho!

HAHA! I am not looking forward to doing mine bc I have to fix the poor job the bodyshop did when the car got in its accident with the previous owner. The entire driver rear quarter has old bondo in it. Im hoping to have the paint done in july.
