6psi you are fine, even 9psi is alright on our 3.8l cars. Any higher though and you will want some stronger things or intercooled and some good tuning. Our 3.8l block is a solid block and if you have it tuned correctly, you can safely run 10+ psi no problem intercooled. we will be taking it over to baker engineering to dyno it before we do the sc for sure. Need to see what we are starting with. Also we need to get it to the track yet this fall to get baseline #'s at the track. The thing has never even been to the track yet, lol.
Most of the parts are on their way over to us in the mail. We are going to make the piping ourselves in our exhaust shop and also wezeles is still working on the brackets. He is making a couple sets so that I can slap one on my car (want to go 9# and nitrous on mine) and a few other 3.8ls that I know of that want one. Should be a good time.------------------------------------------
